  • Proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and make payment.
  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • We accept payments through PhonePe (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select locations.
  • All payments are secure, and your financial information is handled only through trusted payment processors.



  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festive seasons or special sales,
    processing may take slightly longer.

  • Rest of India (Metro Cities): 4–6 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 6–9 business days

  • You can check the status of your order anytime using this link or by logging into your ZIMOR account.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help.zimor@gmail.com with photos or videos showing the issue.
  • We will verify and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.





  • Yes, you may exchange a product you don’t like (subject to stock availability).
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Refunds are not available for dislike-based returns — only exchanges.
  • We do not accept normal returns unless the product is:
  • Delivered incorrectly
  • Damaged or broken during shipping
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues
